Yes. We recondition worn shafts to original or oversize dimensions, ground and fitted to spec. If the shaft is beyond saving, we can machine a replacement from your print or a sample.

Yes. We work from a physical sample, a damaged part, or a photo with measurements. We handle the reverse engineering for you.
Simple jobs: 2–3 days. Complex jobs: 5–10 days. Emergency / line-down jobs are handled with priority based on availability.
We follow ISO-aligned quality processes — documented inspection on every critical dimension, consistent with ISO standards — but we are not currently ISO-certified. We're transparent about it: our quality speaks through our parts.
No. One piece is fine. Short runs up to 50 units are welcome.
